BIA is an intelligent agent platform for e-commerce that offers: real-time product lookup, order tracking, returns and exchanges management, loyalty program and cashback integration, and 24/7 automated customer service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to immediately notify BIA of any unauthorized use of your account. BIA will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use BIA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the operation of the service, or use the service to send spam or malicious content.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some BIA features require a paid subscription. Prices are available on our pricing page. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the BIA platform are the exclusive property of BIA and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
BIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

BIA may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
10. Changes to Terms
BIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
